General settings allow you to manage your assistant and provide additional setup. Let’s see what we got here.
The first toggle allows you to activate and deactivate your assistant in Instagram. Once you make sure it works perfect and covers most of customer inquires, you can set it live.
Here you can also set up Contact button and the message that pops up once your customer asks a question your assistant can’t reply. In this case they will see the message and the button that notifies admins once it is clicked.
Please note: once this message shows up, all the automation is paused for 30 minutes for that customer.
You can set the button CTA and the message depending on your business vertical. Ex: contact manager, contact agent, contact operator.
Exie app functionality is based on Instagram API. The next option allows you to restart your connection once it is broken for some reason. Press the REFRESH TOKEN button to restart the connection.
Notifications section allows you to manage notifications for unrecognized messages. They are automatically enabled on the current device, you can make sure it works by clicking TEST NOTIFICATION button.
