Upgrading to the Pro plan allows you to set your assistant live and access more assistant messages per month. It can help you efficiently manage all incoming IG direct requests and provide personalized customer service to enhance satisfaction and drive sales.
Go to Settings>Billing. You’ll see your current plan with the additional information.
Scroll down to explore all available plans and add-ons.
Please note: add-ons are available only on Pro. You need to upgrade your account in order to add messages.
Once you hit the upgrade button, you will be redirected to checkout. Fill in all the required information and hit Subscribe.
Congratulations! Your Exie assistant now can go live once you activate it in Settings. Add more data to optimize its performance. Feel free to test Exie using our playground to ensure it works smoothly. Once you're satisfied with the setup, Exie will automatically handle any incoming requests from your customers.
Please note: billing options are only available to account owner. If you were invited as a team member to the existing account, you won’t be able to manage the subscription.
