Messages history allows you to track how Exie performs. You can see both test messages sent from the Playground and real messages incoming from your customers.
Each message has the source it was sent from, reply from the assistant, and the time stamp.
You can also filter messages — select the message type in the drop-down menu. You’re able to see all messages, messages that include Contact Us button, and messages where this button was clicked.
