We’re excited to see you in the app. Let’s quickly explore all the sections. Before you start, select the desired language — it is set to English by default, but you can pick one out of 6 different languages.
Dashboard is your main entry point. You’ll be able to track current subscription status, number of contacts and the amount of available messages.
Sources is the place where you actually train your assistant. You can train it using text or just create a couple of QnA’s in the next tab.
Once your assistance is set up, you can use Exie Playground to make sure your assistant works as expected.
History allows you to track all the incoming requests and outgoing replies. You’ll be able to see messages both from the Playground and Instagram with a timestamp. This helps to make sure things are going good and improve your assistant adding more data on the most popular questions.
