Exie assistant can be trained with a text in a Q&A format. You might have seen it in the Onboarding after the sign up.
You can gather text to train the assistant from various sources such as your existing customer inquiries, product descriptions, FAQs, or any other relevant information related to your business.
Important notice! Please don’t share any kind of personal or sensitive information like passwords. You can use coupons and promo-codes unless they are not private.
Go to Sources section and open the QnA tab.
Add a question and the relevant response and hit Add to index button. You can add up to 100 questions for the account.
You can always modify your response later with the Edit Answer button in the same section.
If you want to completely remove the reply, use the Delete button.
