Exie assistant can be trained with text.

You can gather text to train the assistant from various sources such as your existing customer inquiries, product descriptions, FAQs, or any other relevant information related to your business.

Important notice! Please don’t share any kind of personal or sensitive information like passwords. You can use coupons and promo-codes and coupons unless they are not private.

Go to Sources section, the Text tab will open automatically.

Use the only input and add the text you want to train your assistant with. You can type in something or use a copy from your website, PDF-file or anywhere.

Once you’re done, press TRAIN ASSISTANT! button.

Great! The document has been indexed. You’ll see the success message and the document will appear in the list. You can index up to 10 documents.

Indexed documents can be modified or removed once you decide to completely replace the text. Press Edit if you want to make some changes in existing document.

Press Delete to remove the document you don’t need anymore.
