The assistant can be trained not only based on text or a question-and-answer format but also using a Google Sheet connected to your account.
Moreover, you don't even need to input text if you have a catalog — by connecting it to Exit, the assistant will scan the document, understand its content, the names of the cells, and will be able to answer questions about your products.
Important notice! Please don’t share any kind of personal or sensitive information like passwords. You can use coupons and promo-codes unless they are not private.
Let’s train the assistant on the example spreadsheet.
Please note: all your data is stored on the first page of the spreadsheet and that the column and row headers are labeled so that the assistant can understand which column contains product names, specifications, prices, and where there are links to the website for specific products.
To connect the integration with Google Sheets, go to the Settings > Integrations section and click the "Connect Google Account" button.
Grant the required permissions.
Once you connect your Google account, you will have to paste your spreadsheet link into this field.
